Please Help

The ONE campaign organized by Bono has done a tremendous amount to help address the issue of eradicating global poverty.
Right now they need your urgent help. The ONE campaign has set a goal to get ONE million letter signatures for a letter to President George Bush by the upcoming G8 summit on July 6th.
So please take a minute to send a message to our leadership that we are serious about improving the lives of the 1 billion plus fellow humans who survive on less then one dollar a day.
My personal goal is to get at least a hundred of my friends and family to sign the ONE campaign before July 6th.
So please, sign the
ONE Declaration to President Bush.
If you do sign, could you please indicate so in the comments below.
A sincerce thanks,
Matt
P.S.
If you doubt your voice is not important please read the current headline article from the Economist:

Signed. The last bastion of un-jaundiced journalism, The Economist, tells it like it is in the article you quoted. Americans think we give billions in foreign aid when we are barely on the table. So sad.
I spent much of 1983 in Dakar, Senegal. In this life I worked for big gas and oil and was securing offshore drilling rights. Beautiful place. Beautiful people. Although when the main sewage disposal (at the time) for Dakar was the tide going up and down a canal that bisected the town it makes you think twice about snorkeling!??
Enjoy and send more pics! I have a batik that depicts the life and history of the then President of Senegal on my folks wall in Colorado. I still have many fond memories when I look at it!
